Above & Beyond Janitorial Services

By accessing this website or booking services with Above & Beyond Janitorial Services (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

We provide residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking, estimate, or contract. Services are limited to the scope outlined and do not include tasks not expressly stated.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in writing. A booking is not confirmed until acknowledged by us. Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on the services requested and the condition of the space at the time of service.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods listed on invoices.
Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Satisfaction & Re-Service

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we may address the issue.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Secure pets during service
Remove fragile or valuable items
Inform us of any hazards, fragile surfaces, or special instructions prior to service

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or undisclosed hazards.

7. Liability

Above & Beyond Janitorial Services is insured. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, images, and text are the property of Above & Beyond Janitorial Services and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
